How to get the Autoresponder emails to work?

    I cannot figure out how to get the Autoresponder emails to work. I've tried deleting the form field and replacing it. I've also tried changing the email address to SMTP and back to JotForm.

    Do you mean to say that the auto-responders are not being sent on your JotForm? I see that there are 3 auto-responders and one notification set on your form. However, they are set to send based on a condition. Please be noted that the emails with conditions will be sent only when the set conditions are true. If you want the notification/auto-responder to be sent for each submission, you'll need to remove/disable the conditions for sending emails. 

    Please review the conditions set on the form for sending emails and test if it works fine. Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to assist.
