    Good day. My account is suspended. I would like to know why? I have not been notified. All my forms do not work. I appreciate the answer. How can I fix the problem

    This is because you are using Jotform to build forms to catch login credentials on plain text fields, this is a violations of our terms of use.

    I have removed the guilty fields from your form now, your account has been reactivated and your forms should be working again.
