Good day. My account is suspended. I would like to know why? I have not been notified. All my forms do not work. I appreciate the answer. How can I fix the problem

Thank you very much for your quick reply. We apologize for what happened, our old programmer made this registry system and we did not know that it violated the terms of conditions of your company. It was just a basic customer registration system of our website. We do not engage in any illegal activity.
We immediately remove all the old registration system and we will implement the registration system that comes by default in the Website X5 program with which we made our Web
Again we apologize for what happened and ask you to allow us to recover our account and forms. We have a lot of time enjoying your services and we have invested a lot of time in making these forms.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

I have removed the guilty fields from your form now, your account has been reactivated and your forms should be working again.
