    Form not showing up

    I created a form and sent it to 6 people via email link last night. Someone said they filled it out but I don't see it and I don't see anything in my forms either.

    I checked your account and I didn't see any forms on it. It is also not in the history logs. Please provide the link that you shared to your users so that we can further check.

    Hi, the clients that I sent it to had no problem and said they even filled
    it out. I can click on the link I sent and see it just fine. Now I have to
    get them to fill out all new forms?? I NEED their responses to launch a
    program for them this weekend and the answers are just lost somewhere?

    Firstly, this form is not under your account, it is under one of the guest accounts. So, you could not see your form.

    I have checked your IP and this guest account's IP, I could see that both of accounts created at the same location. So, I have moved this form with all data to your account. Consequently, the form is under your account now. This form has 5 submissions, now, you can check your submissions.
