My account got suspended and I do not know why

    Good day. My account is suspended. I would like to know why? I have not been notified. All my forms do not work. I appreciate the answer. How can I fix the problem.

    I have checked your account and I confirm that it got suspended, because your form "Registro de Usuario GPS" with ID 60025123430639 is collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.
