Перестали приходить уведомления на телефон о заказе, где это можно настроить ?

Are you referring to email notifications or our JotForm phone application?
I checked your emails in our logs and emails were sent. If this issue is happening on the phone (in the application) please let us know which type of the phone you have, is it iOS or Android. I tested on the Android application and it worked fine, submission arrived immediately.

I'm not sure if I understand you what you mean by transfer notification to another phone number. Are your referring to the JotForm App on iTunes? https://itunes.apple.com/ph/app/jotform/id342896040?mt=8
If you aren't getting notifications using this app, can you please try to remove it first and re-install it on your form and see if this helps to fix the issue?
However, if you mean something else, please give us more details and do get back to us.

приложение Jotform и туда тоже приbr/>одят заказы, но на самой иконке
приложения на панели телефона не отображается, что есть новое вbr/>одящее
непрочитанное сообщение, приbr/>одится заbr/>одить в само приложение и проверять!
Что сделать?

I'm still not sure what exactly is the issue. Are you referring to the notification when the new submission arrives?
When the form is submitted, you will receive a notification on your phone like this:
And this is how it's shown in the application:
I'm not sure what is wrong on your phone?

As I understood from your posts, the submission icon on your phone when a submission comes, does not appear. However, you do not have such problem on your Samsung device, right?
I tested it on our end with Iphone 7. I was not able to reproduce the same issue on my end. When a submisison arrives for my form, the notification icon appears on the application icon on my end.
When I click it, I was also able to open it inside the application.
Could you please update the application or remove and reload again? Please provide us the model you are using with some more additional information if update process does not work.

телефоне айфон 6 плюс не появляется значок уведомления!!! Я уже удалила
программу и заново загрузила, но без изменений!

I tested it with the same device you used and I still could not reproduced it on my side. I submitted one of my form and I was able to see notification as red number on the application icon.
Could you please be sure that you are enabled notification setting on your device for JotForm application?
You can enable your notification setting by following path to Settings > Notifications and select JotForm application. You can also select the notification alert style from one of the followings.
Banners: Banner alerts appear at the top of the screen and go away automatically. To reply, swipe down on the banner or swipe up to dismiss it. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, you can respond to a banner alert with 3D Touch. Just press deeply on a banner alert to respond.
Alerts: With Alerts, you need to act before you can move on. Depending on the app, you can dismiss the alert or reply to it.
Badges: A Badge is the red number that appears on an app icon and shows you how many notifications you have for that app.
Sounds: Have an app play a sound to alert you when you receive a notification.

все также настроено так же и жетоны на значке появляются.Проверила еще
раз, жетоны не появляются, не пойму в чем дело?

Could you let us know which version of iOS you are using on the phone? Also, let us know if the issue is occurring after doing some upgrade to your phone or JotForm app?
Also, please try turning off the sound for the JotForm app from the device notification center to see if that works.

Can you please confirm that you are experiencing this issue on your iPhone6 with Firmware of the modem 5.51.00? I'm not able to test this on my end to see if the notification icon is working.
Does the issue occur when the JotForm app or your Phone made some updates? Have you tried to uninstall it first and re-download and re-install it again?
If the issue still persists, please let us know.

загружала - все без результата! Что ж, придется работать без уведомлений.
