    Hi There,

First of all, we are thrilled to have found your service.  As web designers it's a huge asset.

I've recommended your tools to one of my clients who is starting with a basic, free account.  I estimate that they will need to go to a paid plan shortly which brings up the following questions.

Do we have to option of securing an account and feeding multiple forms to multiple sites?  So for example if I had a professional account could I feed multiple forms to several of my clients?

For starter free accounts, when the 100 submissions per month are exceeded, is there some kind of notification or does the form just fail.  So for instance, if my client is on vacation and someone tries accessing their form but it has exceeded the 100 submissions for that month, what happens?

Finally, where are you based as a company?

    Much appreciated and best regards

First off, thanks for your interest in our services.

Do we have to option of securing an account and feeding multiple forms to multiple sites?  So for example if I had a professional account could I feed multiple forms to several of my clients?

Yes, you can. Some of our clients are also doing this. You can use multiple forms ond multiple web sites. There is no limitation. You just need to check your monthly submission limits.

For starter free accounts, when the 100 submissions per month are exceeded, is there some kind of notification or does the form just fail.  So for instance, if my client is on vacation and someone tries accessing their form but it has exceeded the 100 submissions for that month, what happens?

Yes, before you reach your submission limits, you will receive a notification via email saying that you have almost reached your monthly limits. If you reach your limits, all your forms will be disabled and your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your forms. You can upgrade your account to a higher plan or wait for the next reset which is on the 1st day of every month.

Finally, where are you based as a company?
