Logo at top of form no longer showing on Windows 10 mobile

The form was working fine and showing the nice full width logo on both desktop and windows 10 mob until windows update last night.............

Is this something that jotform can fix and/or there a setting in my Lumia 950 mobile which has changed to not show the logo?

Try adding the logo as an image field inside the form, rather than as a logo at the top of the form:

Images inside the form area should show on mobile.

Here is a copy of the form with the logo removed and reinserted as an image field in the form:
