Form does not send submissions to my email address

    Dear Sir,

    Wishing to report a problem with my form - it doesn't forward email to my stated address. I tried manually forwarding but I get an error message stating "Ooops reached your limit". We haven't used this form for quite some time, yet even the first submission was never sent to our email address. I hope you can help us here - our form URL is http://form.jotform.me/form/21949062813456

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have cauased. Your email address "phototreks@******.info" is in our bounce list and this may caused why you didn't received notifications. I have now remove your email address in our bounce list and it should be work fine by now.

    Here's the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 452-' Mailbox size limit exceeded'
