Form embedded on WP page is not submitting

After my form has been filled out, it is not directing to the "Thank You" screen, nor is it fully submitting.  The "Submit Tab" just pauses saying "Please Wait".  I'm not sure if I did something wrong or not.  Please help!  Thanks guys!

May we know which JotForm plugin you're using so we can forward this problem to our devs? Might have something to do with the plugin.

Anyway, to fix it, simply take your form's iframe embed code and embed it on your WordPress page/post. Make sure the code is placed under Text tab. This should work fine.
