Today, I noticed that the submission data was missing again, so I re-integrated the form with google spreadsheet. This made only a couple of collumns visible, but the rest of the data in the collumns is missing. This happened a number of times before ast month.
Could you help me with this?

Generally, the submission data displays the date field when accessing the submissions from a different datacenter. Please check if you have enabled EU datacenter in the Data settings of your account. If so, please try accessing the forms using https://eu.jotform.com and then try integrating the Google spreadsheet. If you have not enabled EU datacenter, you may use https://www.jotform.com to login to your account.

I've changed the form recently, and after that the submission data is incomplete in the Spreadsheet integration.
I've had this problem a few times before. I think it happens after changing the form.
Could you help me out please?

Is this related to the Bestelformulier Niet-reanimeren penning. or some other form? We can try to push missing entries.
However, if some columns are missing in your Google Sheet, I am afraid that they will not be recreated. The reintegration is required if you need to restore a default Google Sheet format.
