Why is my JotForm account displaying only 500 submissions?

    Bom dia,

    Informo que o numero de cadastro apresentado de 500 inscrições não corresponde ao total. Pelos nossos registros, teriam sido inscritos 2.400 pessoas. Como devemos fazer para ter acesso aos outros formulário preenchidos?

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, I see that you are in "Free" plan. Please note that in Free plan you are only allowed to store a maximum of 500 submissions (Submission Storage limit). Once you reached your limit, old submissions will be queued for deletion so that new submissions can be received. To learn more about the submission storage, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

    If you wish to access the older submissions, you need to upgrade to a paid subscription plan.

    Boa noite,Gostaria de saber se posso recuperar as submissões anteriores. Foram feitas 2.500 inscrições, aproximadas. Caso mude de plano posso ter acesso a estas inscrições? Qual seria o plano que teria que assinar para ter acesso a outros formulários?Grato,Francivaldo Nunes

    It is possible to recover the submissions if you upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan. You may compare the subscription plans available from our pricing page. If you are receiving less than 100 submissions in a month, you may consider upgrading your account to Storage plan which will be displayed only if you login to your account. This plan allows storing unlimited submissions in your account but doesn't increase any of the other limits as in the other subscription plans.

    It looks like the submissions are already restored. I see that your account is now displaying 2458 submissions for your form. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
