Of late we seem to have had a number of emails not being received by designated recipients after forms have been submitted. They seem to be all hotmail.com accounts. Is there an explanation for this ?

    Tnx

    Hi,

When I check your email logs, I have found that the email address swan.matt@hotmail.com was in our bounce list on May, 10th 2017.

However, it has already been removed from our bounce list. Please contact us before you remove it from the bounce list so that we can see its reason in detail.

There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.

An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.

If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.

To prevent further bouncing related issues, please see our guide here: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues

If your problem persists, please let us know.
    Thank you.
