My form says it is disabled

    Hello! I'm working on my form and when I try to view it or go to it using the link, a message comes up saying: Form Not Found: This form is disabled. It is also saying this for my forms that were done and working previously.How can I fix it?

    Hi Heather,

    I checked your form and I found some guilty fields in your form. 

    These fields are aginst to our Terms of Use and because of this reason your account has been suspended by our auto-suspend system. Please note that Jotform users cannot collect this kind of sensitive data by using text field etc.

    You can only use our payment tools in order to get payments. If you don't want to get payment and if you need only payment authorization you can enable the "Authorization Only" feature.

    I deleted this fields from your form and activated your account again.
