I am receiving approval email before its delivery

    Each time a form is submitted I get this and have to approve or reject before it is delivered.  Can you please tell me how to make this stop?  I don't need to approve them.

    Hello,

    I have cloned the form named "Mosquito Do Not Spray Request Form" in order to test it.

    I have seen that there is not any notification email configuration in the form in order to send that email as you have written.

    I couldn't replicate the issue you have with the form.

    Which email address did you receive that email? So that, we can check our email logs.
