After filling out the form you send a notification to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and a confirmation email to the person that filled out the form. What if they made a mistake and the email does not reach them? Is it possible to set up something so that I am notified of that delivery failure?

You can view your email history, and it will show the status of the emails sent to your recipients. Please see the guide below:
