Plan Downgrade

    We downgraded from Bronze to Free today, but needed the $5/month storage. After we made the change, it is still not reflecting in the account. It still says we are on the bronze plan.

    Your paid plan has been already switched to Storage plan, however, it appears that the charge did not go through, so the next attempt to charge your card will be done on 05-14-2017.
