Unfortunately, we do not have a voice contact center to provide assistance over the phone. You can reach us via this forum or via email at support@jotform.com, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

    Thanks and warm regards.

I just learned that my account does not seem to be operating and that I was not receiving emails properly.
I have had my students submit jot forms during this semester from January 1, 2017. Can those forms be retrieved? Obviously, I would like to be able to see that data are and I was unaware that my account was not working.

    Hello,

I found out that your email address landed in the bounce list which why you were not receiving emails properly. However, I checked your email address but it's no longer in the list.

Since you have deleted your forms already, the only means how you can get historical information on the submissions of your forms is by viewing your account's email activity history. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

You can visit this quick link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history

Please note however that the email history is limited only to 90 days. So the oldest submission that you can get shall be your February submissions.

If you have questions, please let us know.

I just found that you have your forms still in the Trash. So the best solution I can think of is just restore your form and access the submissions page there. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

If you have questions, please let us know.

Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your help.
I guess none of my student submissions back in January and February got saved to the system.
Going forward, will I be able to use your system in the future? Will my email's address be updated in your system? And, will I be able to maintain my free account?

Do note that even if email notifications were not sent your submission should have been saved on your JotForm account.

I can also see your under a free account so if you have received over 500 submissions, the oldest ones were already deleted, this may be why you cannot find them on your account, to restore them you would need to upgrade your account, they will automatically restore.

will I be able to use your system in the future?

Yes, you can keep using JotForm as long as you do not ask for information that goes against our terms, regarding limits, you could pass them and if you do not want to upgrade you could only wait until they get reset, it happens the first day of each month.

Will my email's address be updated in your system?

I'm not sure if understood this question, if you find some emails as blocked/bounced on the email history, you could remove it so the address can keep receiving emails.

And, will I be able to maintain my free account?

You could keep working with your free account, but as explained above, if you reach your limits you will not be able to receive submissions and you will need to wait until the reset day.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you again.
How do I clean my account of all previous listings?
If it is cleaned of all past listings, will I be able to start fresh?
