what form features are available with Starter account?

Asked by Justin Kerr  on May 11, 2017 at 11:52 AM

I'm building a site that has a Request for Estimate form and it requires a Captcha feature as well as the ability for the user to upload a document. Does the Starter account allow for those features on a form? Also, is there any JotForm branding applied to forms with a Starter account?

The Starter plan has access to all widgets, and integrations. So, you can add a captcha and File upload field:

When it comes to uploads, a Starter account type provides you 100MB space, so you will need to upgrade to a paid plan if you reach the limit or delete submissions that contain uploaded files to free up space. Please see this guide related to upload forms:

Yes, starters account have the JotForm branding shown at the bottom of the forms, and also at the bottom of the Thank You page that shows after submissions. The option to remove the branding becomes available once you upgrade to a paid plan.
