Create PDF Form: Texts, Headings and Image Logo are not showing up correctly when converting to PDF.

    I have read other forum questions and answers and have tried to trouble shoot this myself but I am stuck. The only solution I cannot figure out is one that someone mentioned regarding the custom PDF setting vs. default PDF settings. I am not sure where that is to change it.

    I have not published this form yet because of this problem.

    Thank you for the response. I did select "display text and headings" per the first link you shared and it did not help. The second link does not apply to me because I want the text and headings to appear when I print a blank one out for customers to sign in the office.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    It seems like you are actually trying to convert your web-jotform as a PDF form, correct? I have cloned your form, and converted it to PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form 

    However, the Images, Headers and Texts are distorted, example:

    1) Images:

    Web:

    PDF:

    2) Headers:

    Web:

    PDF:

    3) Texts:

    Web:

    PDF:

    I have reported this to our back-end team, you will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

    We have this assigned to be looked at by one of our developers so that it can be resolved for you as soon as possible but, at this time there is no update about it just yet.

    Generally, we do not promise any time frame as it mainly depends on our developers ticket assignments ahead of this one though our devs do their best to get to each as quickly as they can.
