How do I change the title that appears on a tab in my web browser?

I cloned a form that I had previously built and updated all the details. The title that appears on the web browser tab is still from the old form and I'm not sure where I need to go to update it.

The browser tab title is changed in a different place than the actual form title.  Here is our guide on how to update the title shown in the browser tab:
