    Hi,

I created a trial account at SalesForce and when I try to integrate it to Jotform, I get an error "Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out."

    Screenshot is here

I've tried recreating the security token but it hasn't helped - any suggestions ?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I tried integrating Salesforce to my form and it is working fine. We don't have an issue on integration with Salesforce. See image below:

Please make sure that the Username, Password and Security Token is correct. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/271-Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce

Could you please try to log in to Salesforce website? Here's the link: https://www.salesforce.com/ap/?ir=1

Also, can you please provide the Form ID or form direct link so we can check it further?

We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

    Hi,

    The form ID is 71218404995158

I've double/triple verified the credentials; logged in to SF with no issues at all.

My SF account is a 30 day trial one as we're evaluating it for our needs - could that be a problem?

    Hello MadeInLowell,

When you created your trial account, did you ask for the Enterprise account type? If I'm not mistaken, SalesForce now requires their users to have at least this type of account in order to have an API integration to third party accounts. You may ask for more details on your account with them by visiting their support portal page or contact page.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Hi Liyam,

To start from scratch, I created a new trial Enterprise account and followed the steps as per the JotForm site but I'm ending up with the same error.

    Hello again, MadeInLowell.

I have made comparisons between a new trial account versus an old account. It looks like on trial accounts, this feature is not immediately available. This requires assistance from SalesForce Support in order for the feature to be able to allow API access available. Just let them know that you have just recently signed up for their service and when you tried integrating your form with JotForm, it does not allow you although you have the correct username/password/security token combination.

    Thanks.
