Form Collaboration: How is a collaborative form saved?

I recently shared a form with a co-volunteer for her to edit. She has also has a JotForm account. I was able to add her as a collaborator by clicking the button at the top of the form and sending her the link via email. She was able to make her edits, and I can see them on my end.

However, when she logs into her account, the form is not listed in her list of forms. Is there a way to save the form to both accounts?

Unfortunately, currently, collaboration form can only be opened via its collaboration link. If you want a form to appear in the My Forms page of other accounts, a workaround would be to add them as sub-users of your account. Please see How to Share Forms with a Sub-account User.

That way, your users can also administer your form and the form will appear in their My Forms page.
