added a "thank you" response

    your told me that if i upgrded to a paid subscription i would not get your advertising below my thank you response..

    i still get it...what can i do...i need response now...i still cant go live until i resolve this...help help help

    We apologize for not mentioning that when you become a paid user, you need to go to your account settings and uncheck the "Show 'Powered by JotForm' on my forms" option:
