On some computers or browsers, my embedded form does not load so that the customer can fill in the form. Is it a browser setting or? This is happening on Internet Explorer and Chrome.
It is password protected, the password is: 1234

I have tried with different browsers and operating systems, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.
However, my recommendation is to try an iFrame form code on your web page.
The iFrames are being loaded in their isolated containers so it might help in some cases.
