I review your account usage and I noted that you do not have any forms anymore on your My Forms list. You have deleted all your forms and existing submission data.
IF you want to clear your account usage, you should also empty the Trash folder in your My Forms list. Purging the deleted forms will clear your account Total Submission usage.
