Can I comment in the form to audio responses and send by email to responders?

 My form will ask students to give oral responses to a set a questions. I want to score their responses within that same form and give feedback which they will get in their email inbox. Is this possible?

You could add Long text field after each audio field and make it hidden:

So when you edit your submission those fields will be visible to you to input.

And please make sure that Send on edit is turned on for Autoresponder email:

So your users will receive an email when you edit the submission and submit.
