Account Autosuspended: Can you please remove guilty fields and reactivate?

    Hi,

     

    I am having the same problem as I tried to add a password. Can you please remove this field for me and reactivate.

    May we know which JotForm Account you are referring to? I checked your email address (timothy.mackinnon@parmalat.com) and it seems that there is no JotForm Account associated with it except for a guest account with no forms.

    As per checking the latest status of your form (http://www.jotform.co/form/70737484645870) it seems that the Password Field has already been removed. With that in mind, I have now re-activated your account. Please note that adding a Password Field on forms is against our Terms of Use

    I would also like to remind you to please refrain from doing this because if you do this again, there will difficulties to re-activate your account again in the future.
