    Form designed not like "preview"

    Asked by CUF on May 12, 2017 at 05:42 AM

    Hello,

    I'm having difficulty with your form designer. The issue is whenever you make changes in advanced designer, they are never replicated in "form preview". It is ridiculously frustrating. The simplest of things, such as changing a font size and colour takes half an hour.... I don't understand why the form designer makes things so difficult? Please pass this feedback onto the team who deals with this - it is seriously off-putting to using your service.

    As you can see from the screenshots, the form preview doesn't mirror the advanced designer. All I want is for it to look like the advanced designer!!

    How do I edit the terms and conditions so the text is white?

    I checked Advanced designer but I couldn't replicate this problem. When I previewed your form it was all white for me. The fact is that the Advanced designer will override the settings, meaning, whatever you set there it will apply. I found out that you have a CSS in your form:

    But colors are set to white (not sure if you wanted that):

    So on preview, the CSS you have will not stick because of the Advanced designer settings. That can be overridden in CSS by adding the !important next to the CSS code, like:

    .form-all{

    background-color : #82BA41!important;

    Regarding the color of the Terms, here is how to do that:

    1) Go to Widget Settings:

    2) Click Custom CSS:

    Add this CSS there:

    #_label {

        color : white!important;

    }

    Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
