Form colours are different in the preview mode

Asked by CUF on May 12, 2017 at 06:37 AM

Why in the advanced designer and edit page are the titles and subtitles the correct colour, yet when I go into "preview form" they're orange?! This is very frustrating! I've spent half an hour trying to change a form title colour! It looks fine in advanced designer, yet when I preview the form it goes back to orange?!?!

This is on the "NN Appeal Sign up" form.

    Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

I have cloned your form named "NN Appeal Sign-up" on my side in order to test it. I have seen that your form in the preview mode and the form in the builder looks totally different as seen below:

I have seen that the reason for this issue is the injected CSS codes while the form design is different in the Form Designer. For example, the font colors have been set as orange in the Form Designer. However, you have injected some CSS codes to make them lilac. I have seen that both settings have been overlapped.

As far as I understand, you prefer the styling in the injected CSS codes. I recommend you to tag them with "!important" keyword as you can see the example screenshot below:

I have also cleared the form caches.

Please test and tell us if the issues still persist. So, we can assist further.

    Thanks in advance.
