Info Cancellazione Attuali Moduli

    Buongiorno

    abbiamo nei mesi scorsi usufruito dei Vs servizi su sito www.nestroma.it

    Oggi abbiamo deciso di togliere i moduli e, per il momento, di non utilizzarli

    Abbiamo infatti tolto dalla pagina i link che avevamo precedentemente messo(come da Vs istruzioni)

    Vi chiediamo

    E' sufficiente questo per non pagare più la quota mensile?

    Bisogna fare una procedura particolare di cancellazione?

    Noi non vorremmo disabilitare il ns account, perchè il vs sito e i vs servizi sono veramente ottimi!

    La cosa che chiediamo è di non dover più pagare mensilmente la quota perchè, come detto, non ci servono più i moduli precedentemente creati e li abbiamo tolti dalla pagina

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As I understood from your post, you would like to keep your account active but would like to cancel your subscription and not be charged again at the next billing date which is June 8, 2017. 

    Please confirm and I can proceed the subscription cancellation.

    I would like to continue having a profile with you, but I do not want to (for now) take advantage of the $ 19 subscription and I would like to be deleted from this subscription
    I currently pay the BRONZE subscription

    I cancelled your subscription as per your request. In addition, I made a refund in the amount of specified here below.

    Your account is in Free plan now. You can check your current usage plan from your billing page.
