As it turns out, I just don't use your service. I would like to cancel my account, but have been unable to log in. When I ask for a password reset, the system tells me it doesn't have my email on file, or it doesn't allow me to submit another option. I believe the email address is email@example.com, as I have recieved payment receipts from your organization at that address.
Please help me cancel my account.

The e-mail address that's associated with your account is firstname.lastname@example.org
You may now proceed on reseting your password using this email.
After you logged in to your account, please go to your account settings page. You should be able to downgrade your account there by clicking on switch subscription button and then downgrade to free.
Downgrading your account would stop your subscription immediately and so, you will not be charged again.
