JotForm is sending form responses to my email two times back to back. How can I make this stop, I only need one sent to me?

    Thank you for reporting us. 

    I checked your form e-mail setting and found out that there are two notification for the same recipient on your form as you can see.

    If you delete one of them, you will receive only one notification e-mail per submissions.
