When we click on questions, the background color changes to white.

Good morning!  On the form I recently created, when you try typing information into the boxes, it goes white, not allowing our guests a way to see what they should be entering.  Is there a way to fix this?

Please disable "Highlight Effect" of your form settings and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
