I've applied different email accounts and the notifications only work for a few days when change is made and stop soon afterwards. I would like to receive notifications without logging into JotForm. I manage form for a basketball coach who is running a tournament and he is not IT savvy to log into system to find new registered teams. He relies on the notifications. I've had him change email accounts and have added my email account to receive notifications. The notifications work for only a week or so and stop, but teams have been continuously registering. What am I doing wrong?

I checked the email logs for your account and did not see any recent failed emails. Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there. If there is a specific address that is not currently receiving the notifications, let us know and we will check our logs for that address. As far as I can tell though, at least over the last month there have been no failed emails from either of your forms.
