I am using the preview before submit widget but the text on the button is not changing to indicate it is a preview button (it says Submit)
If I click Submit anyway, it enters the preview, and if you hit "back", then the preview button has the correct text (Preview before submit).

I have checked your form and I can see what you're reporting; however, I have cloned your form and I can see the widget works on my end, you could give a try on this link: https://form.jotformpro.com/71314766845968
May be there is a glitch with the current widget, I would suggest you to try removing the widget and adding it again, this should get the last update and also fix any glitch related to the current widget.
If the issue still persists, please let us know, we will be glad to take other look to your form.

Unfortunately, after deleting and replacing the widget, the problem is
My fear is that if the person does not know they are entering a preview,
they may think they have already submitted the form and close the browser
window without clicking submit.

I have cloned your form on my end in order to check it and I can replicate your issue. It's because of required file upload fields. When you make these two fields unrequired, the issue is resolved.
We are sorry for the inconvenience issue you have. I am escalating it to one of our developers. When we have any update on it, you'll be informed via this thread.
Thank for letting us know this issue.

Hi we apologize for the late response. The preview before submit widget should now be working as expected. It works well now together with multi upload question field. Please try it again and let us know if the problem persist.
