My team has separate accounts, but i'd like to consolidate under one corporate account.

We can help you in transferring forms from one account to another. You just need to provide the form IDs/URLs and the username where the forms will be transferred to. Please take note that the request should come from the account where the form currently belongs to.
You can also make them as a Sub-user of the main account. In this way, you can share the forms to them. Here's a guide: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.

Is there a way I can talk to someone about having myself set up as the main account and adding my team as sub users? The challenge is that my colleague already has an account and created forms under his profile.
Since I the manage the team, I would like to move the forms under my profile (corporate account) and set-up our team as sub users so they can all share/access/use the forms he created.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can ask your colleague to open a form transfer request thread here in the forum. In this way, we can transfer the forms to your account. He/She just needs to prove the form IDs/URLs and the username where the forms will be transferred to.
