How can I make it so that users can add as many photo and description of photo boxes as needed?

I'm a property manager and trying to create a form that we can use to create walk through reports. I have the first two pages of the form set up and good to go but I am not sure how to make it do what I want: I need the users of it to be able to add as many additional "page 2"s as needed (where they can take a photo and type a description of the issue). I don't want to limit us to only 10 or 20 photos because we never know how many things we are going to see that need to be addressed when we walk a community. Can you help?

If I understand you correctly, you want to generate another page to your form if needed. Unfortunately, we don't have a tool or feature that can generate another page. However, there's another way but you need to create more pages to your form. After that, you can use the skip pages conditions. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

Please take note that you can only upload 25 files per submission. It means that you can have 25 single file upload fields. Also, there's a maximum of 1GB or less per submission. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

Hope that helps. If you want a demo form or need further help, please contact us again. Thank you.
