    Hello parfumdesoi,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and appears correctly in mobile device. Please check the screenshot below:

    Can you please share a screenshot of your form how it appears in mobile devices? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    I would also suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Thank you!

    Thank you Ashwin,

    I have tried your suggestion but it doesn't change the form display on 'Suivant' click.

    The next form page displays somewhere in the middle or at the bottom instead of appearing on top of the form page.

    On my device (iPhone 6S), the next form page displays at the bottom and I have to scroll up to go back to the beginning of page...

    I hope you can assist finding how to solve this recurring issue.

    NB : just to let you know, our JOTFORM forms are embedded using iframe embedding within wix.com platform. It is possible that both platforms are conflicting...

    Regards,

    Gauthier

    Hello,

    I tried to use your form from an iPhone simulator and I couldn't replicate the issue on my side. However, if you are using Wix, you should set up some configuration on your iframe settings, which is the iFrame of the Wix builder.

    First, please check the attribute "window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)". If it is like that, please change it to "onDISABLEDload="self.scrollTo(0,0)" in the JotForm's iFrame

    If this doesn't work, please try changing this attribute of the iFrame of the Wix Builder:

    sandbox="allow-same-origin allow-forms allow-popups allow-scripts allow-pointer-lock"

    to:

    sandbox="allow-top-navigation allow-same-origin allow-forms allow-popups allow-scripts allow-pointer-lock"

    Here where you should add this:

    Please turn back to us with the results.

    Thanks.
