How can i link my survey form to Mailchimp, or sent to a specific email address

I have a form on my website that i Currently do not know how to add a generic email address to make sure we receive all of the information we need.

We are going live Monday, and the form currently doesnt send to anywhere. http://editor.websitebuilder.com/#/site/45260716/desktop/

If you want to link your form (submissions) to MailChimp, I suggest you integrate it with it following this guide: How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp

And if you want to receive an email notification every time your form gets submitted, please set up an email notifier in your form.
