We utilize several forms that use the Autoresponder feature to send students a copy of their quizzes and other forms. As of 5-11-2017 we started receiving complaints that they were not receiving them. We have tested multiple forms and NONE of them are sending the autoresponders.
We are still getting the direct emails on our end, it is the autoresponder feature that has ceased functioning appropriately. We have over 40 forms and it appears to be affecting them all.

I could not reproduce the issue at this time. I test submitted your form and I got the Autoresponder Email just fine.
Here is the screenshot of the email I got.
Can you tell us which email address that did not get the email? Perhaps the email was just blocking JotForm emails or the emails were being filtered as spam or junk mails.
Let us know if issue still persist.
