Has my form reached the views limit?

Ich habe bisher nur versucht das Formular richtig an den Start zu bringen, da es nie korrekt angezeigt wurde.

Jetzt wo es fast fertig ist, soll ich das Limit überschritten haben ???

Ich musste es ja immer wieder im Browser veröffentlicht, um zu sehen ob es läuft !

I have checked your account and found that it's active. I then checked both of your forms and they loaded correctly.

Please note that testing your form when it's work in progress, via the preview function, won't count as a form view. That is the proper way to perform tests, compared to opening your form in a browser, because while the latter will count as a form view, the former won't.
