    You've exceeded your monthly limit for form view ???

    Ich habe lediglich versucht das Formular korrekt zu erstellen !!!

    Sorry AIDAN,

    aber mit der Vorschau-Funktion war das Problem nicht zu lösen!

    Wenn ich das Formular mit “code kopieren“  und “einfügen“ angelegt hatte, erschien das Formular zunächst korrekt auf der Webseite.

    Wenn es aber ausgefüllt und abgeschickt wurde (link auf eine --Vielen Dank -- Seite) und man zurück auf die Webseite kam war das Formular verschwunden !!!

    Ich habe es immer und immer wieder versucht,….ohne Erfolg.

    Erst als ich den “Source Code“ kopiert, und über einen Platzhalter eingesetzt habe, funktionierte das Formular (heute Abend)

    (obwohl immer noch steht "Powered by JotForm" 2x unter dem Formular )

    Wird jetzt das Formular wegen zu vieler „“views“ gelöscht ???

    I have checked your account and found that it's active. I then checked both of your forms and they loaded correctly.

    Please note that testing your form when it's work in progress, via the preview function, won't count as a form view. That is the proper way to perform tests, compared to opening your form in a browser, because while the latter will count as a form view, the former won't.

    I checked the website ( you provided and I can see that the form is in there embedded properly. I also did a test submission to checked if the form will be gone after I submit the form and I was not able to replicate the issue, the form is still in there embedded properly. See the screen animation below:

    Your forms are not deleted or disabled, I checked your account and you're not over limit. You have 860 form views as of this moment. Please keep in mind the Free Account has a limit of 1,000 form views. You can upgrade your account to increase the form view limit or you can wait for the monthly reset limit that happens every first day of the month.
