How to find my username and password?

I have forgotten user name and password for my Business forms, I have tried a reset with my email address neil@trademarksaustralia.com.au,.....nothing happens or reset instruction is not being sent, no error message appearing.

Please help.

I found only guest accounts under those emails, do you have any form ID or an URL where the form is embedded so we can try to find your account by using that information?
