I made a big mistake and I let a booking form(réservation rapide) on the web for two days without asking communication details
so these two days I had two submissions but I can not communicate with them because they didn't send any email or name or telephone number could we get something done to find them?

I have forwarded this to our EU team for data verification. They should be able to look this matter for you. You seem to have a text area field in the form. Is that a message area? Did you check the field for any useful information to contact the submitter?

I checked your submission but there is nothing there to help us find out who submitted the form, the only real information is IP address, but that's a long shot to find someone, I could only find that one user is from England and the second one is from Switzerland, you can check here https://www.iplocation.net/.
