I have been suspended

    This just happened to me.  How quickly can this be fixed and how do I make sure this doesn't happen again?

    The account has been suspended due to the credit card fields in your forms. Please note that we do not allow forms to collect a credit card details using our textbox field. We consider this as phishing which is against our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/). 

    I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the said fields. Please refrain from adding them again. If you want to collect a payment at later date, you have to use our payment integrations, and enable authorization only.
