    Why are emails not being sent to form subscribers 1 day after signing up?

    Hi Jotform

    For some reason our form has stopped sending emails out to people who fill out our form. It previously sent emails out 1 day after they filled out the form, but for some reason it now no longer does this. None of the settings have changed...!

    I think this is because of the sender email. The sender email has been added through verification method. The emails are sent based on your email history, but I think they've been caught as spam. Note that the verification method will use our IP Address, and some providers will not accept this method.

    First thing, I would suggest asking the subscribers to check their spam. Ask them to mark the email as not spam. Next, I would suggest changing your method and use our SMTP to send an email using your custom email address.
