The PayPal has two different products 'Website Payments Pro' and 'PayPal Payments Pro'. Please confirm with PayPal which product do you have with them and get back to us.
I have also forwarded a ticket to our developers for clarifications.

Unfortunately, we do not have direct association to Paypal or access to their accounts in knowing what kind of account you have with them. Our system provides only tools as means for your form to be able to make use of your Paypal account.
However with the Invalid Configuration error that you are receiving, this is a common error which happens if you have not yet accepted the billing agreement on your Paypal account. Please login on your Paypal account, review and accept the billing agreement in order for your account accept website payments.
