How can we accept online payments from Jamaica when they have no postal codes?

I made a form using our Paypal credentials to accept online credit card payments from our international members.  However, Jamaica has no postal code and the form requires one.  Is this something that you can help with or should I try to contact Paypal?

    Thanks,

    Laura

    Hello Laura,

Unfortunately, with Paypal Pro Integration Zip Code is one of the required fields for payment card verification. How about using Paypal Standard? This does not ask CC information within the form but the user has to provide or enter it on Paypal's checkout page.

I'm not sure how Paypal handle the payments from Jamaica so I would suggest asking help from Paypal. I'm sure they'll be able to assist you with this and provide you information on how the payments from Jamaica are handled.

Please let us know should you need further help.
