Show Header and Text on PDF Submission

Is there a way to make sure when the form is submitted and sent as a PDF attachment the header and logo come across as well on the form? Currently only the contents excluding the header are sent. More specifically our logo is not coming across the top.

You can show them on PDF by enabling them in your form submissions setting.
