I entered correct credit card number that has not expired on Jott form on May 12 to pay this months subscription fee. On May 14 I received an email from you that you downgraded my account . You have a correct credit card number for me for a credit card account that has not expired, please correct your mistake and reinstate all of my contracts immediately !!!!
